One of the most emotionally demanding aspects of preschool leadership is supporting staff and parents when children are facing behavioral challenges, neurodivergence, or are in the process of evaluations. Drawing on her years of experience as a preschool director, as well as her personal journey as the mother of three neurodivergent children, Mrs. Shapiro will share compassionate insights and practical tools to help directors navigate these situations with clarity, sensitivity, and confidence.
